TraderTrack

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

By creating an account or using TraderTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them — especially the section on trading, which is the entire reason this product exists and the entire reason you shouldn't take what you see here as advice.

1. What TraderTrack is

TraderTrack is a tool for tracking trade ideas posted publicly on X and journaling your own trades. It uses large language models to extract structured data (ticker, direction, entry, stop, target) from tweets and to generate written commentary. None of this is investment advice.

2. Not financial advice

TraderTrack is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service — including extracted trade signals, mentor assessments, position-sizing suggestions, win-rate statistics, or AI-generated commentary — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading financial instruments, including cryptocurrencies, carries substantial risk of loss; you can and may lose more than you invest. Past performance of a trader you track is not predictive of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Third-party content

Tweets and other content fetched from third parties (X, price feeds, LLM outputs) belong to their respective owners. We display this content for your personal use; we don't claim ownership and we're not responsible for its accuracy.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs from large language models (extracted trade fields, mentor assessments, screenshot analyses, summaries) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Treat them as a starting point, not a final answer. We don't guarantee any specific outcome from using them.

7. Subscription and billing

Paid plans, when introduced, are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and original content, is owned by us. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (journal entries, notes, screenshots). By creating that content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it as needed to operate the Service for you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may discontinue the Service or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; we'll give reasonable notice for the former when we can.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll bump the "Last updated" date and notify active users of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
